We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented individual who wants to contribute to ensuring high quality and efficiency. As a coordinator, you will work closely with both customers and colleagues to deliver the best possible service and constantly strive for improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate and collaborate with customers and employees to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Manage work orders, catering, recycling, mail, and fruit handling.
• Inspect and ensure that the environment is clean and well-stocked with materials.
• Suggest improvements and manage risks to create a safe work environment.
• Actively work to develop both your own and the team's skills and work processes.

The position is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will work at our client's location in Solna. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday. Working hours for this position vary between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. The position is expected to start as soon as we find the right person and will continue indefinitely.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have experience working in restaurants, hotels, or similar service professions, where you have learned to create great customer experiences.
• You enjoy being at the center of events and have an eye for detail.
• You are communicative and can speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
• You have the ability to keep things organized, even in stressful situations.
• Experience as a conference host, reception work, or similar is an advantage.
• Clean background check; a background check will be conducted as part of the process.
